How to read it

Calm: sea up to 0.4 m, wind up to 12 kn, gusts up to 18 kn. Moderate: up to 0.8 m, 18 kn, gusts 25 kn. Rough: anything above, or thunderstorm risk. Each part of the day shows its worst hour.

The sea at each spot comes from the SHOM / Météo-France coastal wave model at 200 m resolution, which already accounts for bays and headlands. Wind is from the AROME model. Gusts are not published in the open marine data and are estimated as about 1.45× the mean wind. "Open to" lists the directions from which open sea reaches the spot.
